Cozmos Cafe in Burnaby

I'm vegetarian, so it's often hard to find a restaurant that gives you a lot of options; however, I was impressed by the amount of options Cozmos had (and the Greek omelette I had was amazing!)

Great neighborhood restaurant. Friendly service. Fresh food. Poached eggs were hard. But would return.

Cute place, nice staff, excellent food. Well worth the wait.We went for Sunday breakfast when they were quite busy. They were up front that as it was busy and they make everything from scratch that it would be about 35 minutes for our order. We will happily go back again.

To make a long story short, they lost my order slip. BUT I didn't even really know this at first. I had a gargantuan kink in my neck and wasn't completely straight in the head. (Kind of panicked and emergency chiro appt followed). They came to me, told me that the order slip blew away when someone opened the door and comp'd my meal. I insisted to pay, they wouldn't accept. I insisted a generous tip, they wouldn't accept. BRAVO for integrity... My Eggs Benny was delicious also. Will be back, but had to let people know about this cozy little cafe. Cheers!

Nice ambiance room for a bigger group, good menu for all taste and licensed. We have lived it for over 20 years and it's always as good as the first time.

Love this place. Parking is never an issue. The food and service is amazing.

Friendly staff, good breakfast food, reasonable prices. They also have parking which is a huge plus if you are with kids.

A lovely cafe that makes fun lattes and has alcohol. But the best part really is the food! From fabulous breakfasts (served until 3!!) To lunches and awesome Greek food! Never disappointed by a visit to Cozmos. Last time I was there at 12 sharp and was out of there by 1230! So quick when you have a short lunch!

I tried their special of the day, it was a very creative dish and was absolutely delicious. Polite and funny staff. Nice cozy spot.

This place always has amazing food. The patio out back is nice in the summer and you can have a (well behaved) dog on it.

Wonderful food, charming ownersI had the veggie Bennie, the eggs were poached perfectly and the fresh hollandaise with the pesto was absolutely sinful. Highly recommend. The staff and the owners are friendly and warm which add to the experience. Will definitely eat here again!

Love this place. The pride in the food quality shows. The owners make you feel at home and you can feel the authenticity. When I’m in North Burnaby I stop by any chance I get!

I had the bocconcini sandwich with capicola and my husband got the falafel burger! Delicious as always!

Been to Cozmos several times now. Every time after eating here, I always immediately feel like I wanna go back the very next day. Brunch dishes are awesome. You do have to have the patience and wait for you food because everything is fresh and cook to order. Anyway, give this place a try, you would not regret it.

Another local place for us. We used to go all the time and stopped for some unknown reason that neither of us remember. What were we thinking? This place is Great! Great for breakfast or lunch.Great different types of eggs Benny and fantastic panini sandwiches. This place can get pretty busy and it's worth planning ahead. No reservations.

Excellent food at a good price, one of my faves near Burnaby Mountain. Staff can get a little harried and the interac can spazz out, but it's always worth it.

Decent place! We got the wraps but they were a little too pricey for our taste. They were satisfying though! Their curly fries were very good!

I'm upgrading my review to five stars after dining there a couple times and they definitely deserve it for outstanding ambience, service, and food.I ordered a bocconcini Panini today which was outstanding and added a little bit of spicy capocollo making it one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. See photo attached.Their friendly staff and unique decor and environment is quite inspiring with their posters and little cards by the till.Their awesome fresh baked goods caught my eye and I grabbed one of their Nanaimo bars as well to match my meal.I was in a rush for some takeout so their friendly staff were kind enough to help me on the phone place my order and have it ready in only 10 minutes!I think this is my new favorite Canadian restaurant on the top of my list. Local and extremely affordable Cozmos is simply awesome.

This home-style café will give you a taste of Greece and the west coast all in one. Every time my friend and I come here the food is always fresh, the coffee at a perfect strong note, and the service is excellent. I really feel like its a hidden gem along Hastings. I recommend their breakfast menu, it beats all the other chain breakfast joints. More importantly, they DO NOT cheap out on delicious ingredients like cheese and bacon.Highly recommend!

Amazing food and a very nice little restaurant. Really enjoyed our time at the restaurant. Everything in the restaurant is made fresh. So make sure you give your slef time a little extra time it does take some time to get your meals. Will be going back for dinner for sure.

Lovely little spot. Juanita is a gem and it's bright, friendly and busy. Just what a neighborhood restaurant should be.

It was really delicious. Best Greek platter of Lamb and Chicken combo I really enjoyed drinking hot mocha!

I wish I had taken a picture of my food. It was so good! Everything is organic and made in house it did take some time to make but definitely worth it.

Gluten free options for toast, no added gluten in he hash browns, people were nice. It's easy to provide great service like this.

If you are looking for homestyle food this is the place. I get the 2 egg breakfast everytime. The coffee game here is top notch, i just get drip coffee though. Weekends are super busy but weekdays are relaxed.

I wanted to love this place so much. But the food was cold and not fresh, and too salty. I would have given 1 star and wouldn't order again but I assumed it was because of the low customer numbers due to covid. I'll try them again in the future hoping it would be better.

As soon as we walked in, we appreciated being told that it would be slower because of many Skip the Dishes order due to the basketball game. The wait for their pasta was worth the wait. First time there and we will definitely be back.

The food was good, the location was convenient, and the environment was friendly.

This place is great. The service is good, staff here are friendly and the food to table time might be a bit on the slow side ,but it's all cooked with love. The price is good for the quality of the food and the portions are also on the plus side. The inside has also been redone and it looks nice. I'll be coming back here soon.

Love those hidden little gem. Small restaurant with a real homy feeling. Tried the artichoke, sun-dried tomatoes and home made pesto. One word delish!!!

Really good and simple! Well seasoned and portioned. All in all great experience and quick service!
